| Moore
has owned and operated several successful video production companies ranging
from DRTV agencies to editing facilities to duplication houses. He brings
a vast amount of talent and international business experience to the Direct
FX team. In 1985 Moore co-created and co-produced "Amazing Discoveries" with Mike Levey, the host of the show, who became fondly known by millions of people world wide as "the sweater man" for his unique and memorable wardrobe selections. Moore and Levey produced well over 100 "Amazing Discoveries" infomercials with an 80% success ratio. This success ratio is still unmatched in the Infomercial industry! Moore's many successful "Amazing Discoveries" shows featured a wide variety of products ranging from skin care and fitness products to automotive and craft products. Moore's ability to create powerful, demonstration based shows that sell allowed "Amazing Discoveries" to set the record for the most successful infomercial series in history. "Amazing Discoveries" has been aired in 80 different countries in 12 languages and currently continues to be aired internationally. In 1989 along with Stephen Weber, Moore and Levey formed Positive Response Television (PRTV). Led by this experienced team, PRTV quickly became one of the leaders in the infomercial industry and went public in 1994 with an IPO of $6 a share and hit a high of $21 a share in 1996, when it became a wholly owned subsidiary of National Media (later known as E4L). In November of 1999, after completing his contractual commitments to E4L, Moore decided to team up with Tim Jasinski, one of the infomercial business' s leading producers, to form Direct FX LLC. As the C.E.O. of Direct FX, Moore over sees and controls day-to-day operations as well as leading Direct FX's Management Division. |

Jasinski
brings over 15 years of award winning production experience to Direct FX.
Prior to co-founding Direct FX in November of 1999 with partner Steven Moore,
Jasinski owned and operated, Jasinski TV, a very successful Phoenix based
production business servicing both regional and national clients. Jasinski
has written, produced and directed many successful DRTV advertising campaigns
and has been the driving force behind Don Lapre's "Making Money Show"
for nearly 10 consecutive years. It was in 1985 that Jasinski first met his current partner, Steven Moore, while working together on many of Moore's very successful "Amazing Discoveries" infomercials with host Mike Levey. "Amazing Discoveries" went on to become the most successful infomercial series to date, airing over 100 different shows internationally and selling everything from car wax to Tony Little's exercise tapes to stun guns and everything in between. In early 1993 Jasinski's former company, Jasinski TV, was contracted by Don Lapre to produce his now famous "Making Money Show". Another infomercial company had previously produced a show for Lapre, but the show had failed. Jasinski's show turned out to be so successful that Lapre offered Jasinski an extensive contract to work exclusively on new versions of his show. Lapre wanted to turn his "Making Money Show" into one of the most successful, longest running infomercials in history. With Jasinski's help, that is exactly what they accomplished. In November of 1999, after nearly 10 successful years with Lapre generating hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars in sales, Jasinski decided to continue to produce Lapre's shows but chose not to renew his exclusive contract. It was almost the beginning of a new century and time for a new challenge. Jasinski wanted to create a new DRTV company that was unlike any he had ever seen. One that would be very selective about the projects it accepted and only accept a small number of new clients each year so that every client felt like they were the most important client and every campaign received the intense attention it needed to become a hit. After discussing Jasinski's objectives and goals with fellow infomercial executive Steven Moore, who had also recently completed an exclusive contract with E4L, Jasinski and Moore decided to team up to create what, in their minds, would be the ideal DRTV company…and Direct FX was born! |
